Corporate Training deals with the design and delivery of learning to improve performance within organizations using a variety of styles and methods. With this article i learn that in the Corporate world that some people are hired to a job by the computer without even seeing the Employer face to face. You go through a series of quetionaires that the employee issuses to you and it has a little to do with math, english, morality, ethics, right and wrong etc..... Its amazing how you can apply for a job online on the computer then have an interview over the computer without even seeing the employer face to face.
